[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager (Remote) for our premier client. The role involves managing and executing strategic initiatives and ensuring project objectives are met through effective governance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the management and communication strategy
• Establish and maintain effective program governance to ensure project objectives are met; this is inclusive of driving accountability and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Directly manage the planning and execution of one or many strategic initiatives and/or program work streams
• Facilitate prioritization, scope control, and resource allocation decisions with program stakeholders
• Provide the required program planning, including challenging financial justification and prioritization of initiatives
• Manage key program requests and mobilize technology, business and operations to ensure requests are communicated across the enterprise
• Manage/reputed company execution of cross-functional leads
• Identify critical risks and issues and drive issue resolution; escalating to senior management/stakeholders, using contingency planning and demonstrating appropriate risk management
• Drive change across enterprise
• Manage critical project dependencies and ensure that reputed company requirements are syndicated to relevant work streams and business partners
• Coordinate effective communication among teams and stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field required
• 5 years of project management/project coordination experience
• 7 years of reputed company business experience
• Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing and implementing reputed company business transformation projects/programs
• Strong leadership skills and able to work reputed company a matrixed organization
• Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to think about business problems in new ways and the ability to clarify key issues in reputed company situations
• Operational, risk, and change management skills and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills required
• A proven team player with the ability to partner, maintain and reputed company relationships
• Able to reputed company and motivate others and reputed company in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Ability to define and manage expectations while leading multiple reputed company projects/programs
• Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self directed
• PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
