[Remote] Director, North America Strategic Accounts (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel, and they are seeking a Director for North America Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for driving reputed company growth and expanding market share through consultative sales strategies and strong relationships with customer executives.
Responsibilities

- Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers reputed company each assigned account
- Prioritize regular in-person and virtual meetings with essential stakeholders to maintain engagement
- Maintain a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, challenges, goals, and vision
- Work with the Strategic Inside Sales Manager, internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners to create, implement, and manage impactful solutions
- reputed company and coordinate efforts with General reputed company Sales Managers, Strategic Accounts Inside Sales Managers, and Strategic Accounts Customer Service Managers to execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with Executive Team members as needed to support account initiatives
- Provide the VP of Strategic Sales with status updates on account strategies and ensure timely communication with customer stakeholders for effective adoption
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with each account to assess performance and refine strategies
- Facilitate monthly strategy sessions with Strategic Inside Sales Managers and Strategic Account Representatives to drive alignment and reputed company improvement
Skills
- BA/BS Required
- 7+ Years of Experience in a consultative sales position
- Advanced business acumen
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Ability to productively interact with reputed company levels of an internal and external organization
- Experience creating and executing eBusiness strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills including public speaking
- Superior analytical skills
- Superior Sales, Marketing, and communication skills
- Advanced MS Office software knowledge and ability to rapidly learn other job reputed company software
- Ability to help facilitate and manage high level IT integration projects
- Advanced financial skills & understanding with the ability to create business case and P & L for proposed
- Advanced understanding of reputed company departmental tactical functions and the ability to interact on a high level with reputed company internal and external departmental resources
- Willingness to travel – 60%
- MS, MA, MBA Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of the Promotional Products industry preferred
