[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role involves supporting the Financial Systems team by conducting business and data analysis to improve financial systems and workflows, translating business needs into technical requirements, and contributing to various projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and technical data and present findings in a clear, logical, and high-quality format
- Conduct business, data, and process analysis to identify requirements, gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for reporting, systems, and data solutions

- Analyze, maintain, and improve financial systems-reputed company processes to support efficiency, consistency, and business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve process- and data-reputed company issues in partnership with business and technical stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, data analysis, process analysis, or reputed company roles
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, telecommunications, or a reputed company business environment preferred
- Experience supporting data migrations, reporting, testing, or financial systems-reputed company projects required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial and technical data and identify actionable insights
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and process improvement practices
- Experience documenting business requirements, reporting needs, processes, and systems workflows
- Strong reputed company Office skills
- Experience supporting major data migration initiatives involving both business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot data and process issues and work collaboratively toward resolution
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize work, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working on requirements for Power BI reporting and SQL data extracts
- Experience supporting financial systems or enterprise reporting environments
- Familiarity with QA testing, audit support, or data reputed company initiatives
