They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers deploy and derive value from reputed company’s platform while ensuring successful onboarding and management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployment and long-term satisfaction
- reputed company product demonstrations, reputed company-of-value engagements, and technical workshops for customers and partners
- Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver results
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging internal engineering and reputed company teams as needed

Skills
