[Remote] Senior Program Manager

This role involves hands-on leadership focused on execution, managing integrated plans, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams in the US and India.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrated program plan across reputed company active and sequenced tracks, keeping the schedule, dependency map, and critical path accurate and visible
- Run iteration planning, execution tracking, and completion reviews for each two-week cycle, and reputed company sure work only enters an iteration once it has met the agreed readiness criteria

Skills
- A strong track record running large, multi-track delivery programs as a hands-on program manager rather than in a purely advisory reputed company
- Practical command of structured iterative or Agile delivery, including iteration planning, phase gates, change control, and velocity-based re-baselining
- Experience owning program governance from end to end, including running a steering committee as a decision forum and producing executive-ready reporting
- A solid grip on dependency and critical path management across parallel and sequenced workstreams
- Experience managing distributed delivery across US and offshore India teams, including making daily handoffs and a guided execution model work in practice
- Confident risk, issue, and action management, with the habit of surfacing problems early and escalating with a recommendation
- Clear, reputed company communication with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
