This senior-level position involves managing multiple active searches, ensuring high-quality candidate outcomes, and serving as a strategic partner to clients throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Search Ownership and Execution

- Conduct intake and discovery discussions to fully understand client needs, role requirements, and Ideal Candidate Profiles

- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs

- Client Management and Communication

- Performance and Accountability
- Consistently meet or exceed placement and reputed company goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation reputed company the ATS and recruiting systems
- Demonstrate ownership of search outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing challenges
- Collaboration and Team Engagement
- Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Director of Recruiting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- 5 to 10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably reputed company direct hire or retained search environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing multiple searches
- Strong ability to manage client relationships in a consultative and professional manner
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
