The Regional Deployment Business Operations role focuses on supporting operations teams to enhance business growth and improve margins through AI-driven insights and standardized practices.
Responsibilities
- Support Americas Field Deployment team to drive improvement across reputed company relevant KPI’s
- reputed company structured onboarding programs for reputed company Deployment Resources (Technicians, Deployment Managers and Coordinators)
- Drive mentoring, knowledge transfer and reputed company training cycles
- reputed company leadership decision-making through clear, data-driven reporting
- Ensure timely PO creation and invoicing to ensure accurate program financials are accurate
- Drive collaboration across reputed company deployment support teams to maximize efficiency and cost recovery
- Prepare and maintain accurate regional services field resource utilization metrics
- Ensure compliance with reputed company Finance guidance and SOX policies
- Monitor and maintain performance and track key project management KPIs
- reputed company automated dashboards and reporting capabilities
- Provide historical performance analysis and trend visibility
- Executive Reporting & QBR Support
- Coach Deployment managers/coordinators regarding operational usage of processes and tools
- Enforce governance through systems such as reputed company and Kantata
- reputed company resource management process and tool improvements
- Support AI-driven workflow automation to reduce DM/DC effort and cycle time
- Drive direct cost savings through process automation
- Conduct capability assessments and identify PM reputed company development needs
Skills
- Strong stakeholder management across operations, finance, and sales teams
- Ability to drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, Kantata, Power BI, CPODS/reputed company, MS Project
- Proven ability in financial management (forecasting, margins, cost control)
- Strong experience in project/program management and leadership
- Experience with portfolio governance, KPIs and executive reporting
- Background in telecom, networking, or services delivery environments
- Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, training and enablement
