They are seeking a reputed company Enterprise Analyst to manage reputed company projects and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience plus 7+ years of progressively responsible business analysis experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business modeling
- Proficiency with enterprise business process models, iterative development lifecycles, requirements management tools, and structured analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to reputed company projects and programs, facilitate large groups, and mentor team members
- Strong ability to discover true requirements underlying feature requests and align them with business and technical approaches
- Outstanding written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills with experience facilitating discussions between senior management and technical teams
- Experience with large-scale systems integration, reputed company business modeling, root cause analysis, and conflict management
- Ability to reputed company in reputed company environments, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, and/or financial services industries preferred
