This role involves conducting research and analysis to identify and resolve billing errors while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate utility billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company Billing Research Queue and investigate, research, and resolves matters of reputed company regarding utility billing
• Reviews work reputed company by reputed company Billing Operations to identify financially impacting errors
• Applies adjustments to future billings periods reputed company financially impacting errors occurs
• Completes root cause analyses on financially impacting errors to identify gaps in reputed company processes
• Collaborates with operational leaders on recommendations and remediation plans to ensure issues are adequately addressed
• Handles escalations from client success using full discretion on course of action to remedy the problem and deliver on time accurate billing
• Analyze system alerts for accuracy of billing and reputed company calculation prior to client review
• Complete and review billing changes and line-item allocation for regulatory compliance
• Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to Operation team reputed company bandwidth allows

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a billing, financial or accounting role
• 1+ years of experience in audit, data or research analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and identify areas of improvement
