[Remote] Senior Associate - Enterprise Account Management

The Enterprise Account Management Sr. Associate will reputed company growth plans and manage relationships for a portfolio of brands, leveraging data analysis and operational insights to enhance partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Engage partners in growth strategy conversations (i.e., adding more stores to reputed company, increasing same-store sales, growing net profitability, etc)
- Strategically introduce and execute on new reputed company product opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase partner reputed company streams (i.e., white-label fulfillment)
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to promote the reputed company partnership, drive sales, and increase customer awareness
- reputed company & foster partner relationships with C-suite as well as strategy, marketing, and operations leads to provide a best-in-class partnership
- Conduct Business Reviews with partners to deepen relationship, review performance, and reputed company reputed company-looking strategies
- Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions
- Serve at the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company issues and be accountable for their resolution

Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales
- Experience managing senior external stakeholders and influencing across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to independently own a portfolio and drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, reputed company solutions, and move work reputed company in ambiguous environments
- High data reputed company, with the ability to analyze performance trends, draw actionable insights, and use data to inform partner strategy and decision-making
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, reputed company, Claude) and the ability to use them effectively to improve efficiency, synthesize information, and support high-quality strategic execution
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- High growth or early-stage startup experience
- Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics or unit economics

- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., reputed company)
