[Remote] Regional Sales Representative - Western USA (f/m/d)

They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to reputed company new business, reputed company strategic sales campaigns, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities

- Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies
- Build long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration
- Manage pipeline and forecasting reputed company CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure reputed company customer engagement
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards in reputed company interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years' experience in reputed company clinical diagnostic product sales, to include both capital equipment and diagnostic reagents and/or consumables
- Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years)
- Extensive expertise and deep network in the commercial clinical laboratory space to include major national reference labs, large healthcare networks or specialty Allergy testing centers
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility
- MBA preferred
