They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to reputed company new business, reputed company strategic sales campaigns, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutions
  • Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies
  • Build long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting reputed company CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure reputed company customer engagement
  • Uphold compliance and ethical standards in reputed company interactions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years' experience in reputed company clinical diagnostic product sales, to include both capital equipment and diagnostic reagents and/or consumables
  • Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years)
  • Extensive expertise and deep network in the commercial clinical laboratory space to include major national reference labs, large healthcare networks or specialty Allergy testing centers
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility
  • MBA preferred
