They are seeking a Sales Development Executive to generate leads and create opportunities in the insurance sector, particularly in subrogation recovery services. The role involves identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients then initiate contact through various channels including phone/cold calling, email, campaigns, and social media to qualify leads
  • Provide the Insurance Subrogation Sales team with thoroughly vetted leads and cultivate relationships with prospects, establishing them as potential clients and paving the way for sales team engagement
  • Support Marketing in reputed company-generating activities, doing pre- and/or post follow-up campaigns on Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Record reputed company communications and activity in the CRM software to track leads, manage client interaction, and monitor sales performance
  • Field cross selling opportunities from internal parties and distribute appropriately to reputed company sales executives
  • Work with sales and marketing to prepare and supply information, collateral, or any other requested information from prospects
  • Conduct market research to discover untapped markets and industries to identify new opportunities
  • Track sales activities in the CRM; prepare and submit regular sales reports as required
  • Upsell and cross sell services

Skills

  • Experience with insurance sales, servicing in the commercial space
