[Remote] Senior Manager, Program Management (Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, focusing on operational transformation and internal consulting.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of reputed company projects, typically balancing one or two large, high-impact initiatives alongside smaller efforts
• Leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams
• Driving both traditional project efforts (e.g., product launches, migrations) and operational transformation initiatives focused on improving systems and processes
• Building structure, reporting, and visibility through tools like reputed company, including dashboards and automated workflows
• Partnering with stakeholders to align priorities, track reputed company, and drive outcomes across reputed company initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance organizational efficiency
• Navigating ambiguity and proactively creating clarity in environments with limited documentation or established processes

Skills
