- Understanding Financial systems, Actuarial modeling, investment data driven decisions concepts
- 10+ years of reputed company work experience with at least 5 years leading agile teams
- Advanced experience using MS Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Advanced experience using Structured Project Portfolio Tools
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Strong organizational skills (planning, prioritizing) and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and its impact on business services
- General understanding of the insurance and financial services industry
