Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Partner with school and operational leaders to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles. Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications, alignment, and overall fit. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, hiring events, and community partnerships. Maintain timely communication with candidates and leaders throughout the hiring process to support a positive experience. Support recruitment marketing initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing strategies to strengthen applicant flow. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information reputed company reputed company and reputed company systems. Work Environment

Occasional travel to school locations, enrollment events, training sessions, and team meetings. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support business needs and enrollment events. Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video conference, email, and in person. Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology. Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
