Job Summary This executive role is designed as the principal execution partner to the CEO, playing a central part in advancing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence savings opportunities throughout the organization. The position will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing processes, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring reputed company follow-through on executive commitments. Job Qualifications At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, logistics, supply chain management, or site leadership reputed company a global distribution environment. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable results. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with program management and scheduling tools and techniques. Certification or experience with Lean, Six reputed company, or similar methodologies is strongly preferred. Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP and other enterprise platforms, with a proven ability to work closely with technology team. Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Experience 12+ years of experience in large, matrixed organizations, including experience leading a distributed sales force, supplier development functions, and/or procurement operations. Experience in electronics, distribution, supply chain management, or other high-volume distribution preferred. Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
