  • reputed company, coach and support a team of sales people, helping them build confidence and deliver against their targets.
  • Manage pipeline activity, ensuring deals are progressing and forecasts are accurate and up to date.
  • Work with marketing and other teams to create campaigns and generate new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a sales management or team reputed company reputed company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a reputed company field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an SMB environment.
  • Experience selling into the hospitality industry (hotels, F&B, venues, leisure) strongly preferred — familiarity with hospitality technology (PMS, POS, booking platforms, workforce management) is a strong plus.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills — you build sellers, not just reputed company deals.
  • Excellent pipeline management and CRM discipline (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting, territory planning, and performance management.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder — comfortable engaging with owners, GMs, and operators.
