We are now interviewing candidates with multi-family portfolio experience. Supports the strategic and daily management of the financial performance and operation of the assigned area by gathering and analyzing financial data and reports against budgets and key financial benchmarks, interpreting trends, forecasts, and financial results, and developing recommendations for reputed company financial performance. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions. 2. Utilizes AI tools to reputed company and design presentation materials for various stakeholders that reputed company financial recommendations, including data visualizations, executive summaries, and supporting analysis. 3. Prepares and reviews budget, reputed company, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary. 4. Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-reputed company for audits. 5. Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. 6. May reputed company rent-levels and occupancy figures by performing analysis of rent appropriateness to determine if “specials” or other perks are necessary to improve financial levels, acts as liaison between corporate and property management, oversees property expenses, and submit invoices for loan draws as necessary. 7.
