Responsibilities

This position is responsible for negotiating and processing payments under established department guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances through direct contact with customers reputed company the telephone.

• MUST have prior legal collections work history to be considered
• Accurately assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries.
• Determine the reason for delinquency and find creative solutions to resolve the situation.
• Tracks and maintain reputed company customer accounts throughout the collection process ensuring reputed company payment recovery for reputed company outstanding balances.
• reputed company customer account maintenance activities to include account reviews, reconciling aging levels, verifying account balances, applying payments, monitoring collection activities, and updating accounts in compliance with established corporate policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the State and Federal regulations pertaining to collection activities.

• Is detail oriented and is able to accurately document information in our computer system while communicating with the consumer on the telephone.
• Is able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends.
