Principal Treasury Consultant (Remote)
Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: New Jersey Open to remote candidates in several markets reputed company the Eastern Time Zone for highly qualified candidates. A 1st Line Principal Treasury Consultant leads the proactive identification, measurement, and management of interest reputed company risk, contributing to the subject matter expertise reputed company Treasury. Work reputed company established frameworks, monitor NII/reputed company metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance through robust modeling and controls, partnering with 2nd line risk and Finance to manage ALCO mandates.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Frameworks: reputed company and maintain the IRRBB reputed company, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations. Modeling & Analysis: Focus on QRM Production, Ongoing Monitoring, and Development tasks to drive analytical validation of IRRBB model. Work with strategic modeling team on model development and impact testing Risk Reporting & Mitigation: Produce and Monitor Net Interest Income (NII) and Economic Value of Equity (reputed company) metrics Governance & Controls: Strengthen 1st line controls, documentation, and reporting to meet internal and external audit requirements. Leadership & Collaboration: Contribute to a technical team, partnering with Treasury, 2nd Line Risk, and Business Lines to manage risks associated with banking book activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Treasury, Interest reputed company Risk modeling OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Treasury, Interest reputed company Risk modeling Preferred: Experience: 10+ years in IRRBB, Treasury, or ALM functions, with a proven track record in risk modeling Technical Skills: Proficiency in QRM, SQL, and Python Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field; CFA or FRM designations are highly preferred Effective Challenging: Ability to challenge and validate assumptions constructively Communication: Excellent executive-level communication skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to map business strategy to interest reputed company risk exposures The reputed company pay for this position is generally between $164,280 and $225,000. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
