Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, internet, and fax regarding products, pricing, and reputed company questions.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues reputed company, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery details.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to address customer questions and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and reputed company improvement.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service or reputed company training is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in read and speaking English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Work Environment
- Ability to work at a desk with extended periods of sitting and standing
