Remote Title Examiner/Abstractor - Full Surface/Mineral Searches
Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company, one of the fastest-growing land management and acquisition agencies in the country, is currently accepting applications for reputed company Title Examiner/Abstractors in reputed company Virginia. Here are some of the things you'll be doing
- Research public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property title
- Knowledge of researching public records
- Ability to compile and prepare chains of title, and reputed company abstracts of title with summaries of reputed company matters and instruments of record
- Interpret deeds, easements, plats, leases, court actions, probates, and other documents impacting property ownership
- Complete documents that include title acquisition packages and title commitments
- Identify possible title defects, prepare title-reputed company correspondence based on searches, opinion letters, title evidence, and prior policies Here's reputed company are looking for
- Strong computer skills and ability to use reputed company Office Suite, flow chart software, and deed plotting software
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Self-discipline and motivation to reputed company tasks independently
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to travel throughout the state to various courthouses
- 5+ years of title experience
- Experience completing reputed company mineral title
- Real Estate License a plus
