Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of Regional Property Manager, Multi-Family Property Management is required, with demonstrated expertise in using property management software such as Yardi and Rent Café.
• Managing 500+ units
• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals, driving team success, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Extensive experience in negotiating lease reputed company and renewals, with a deep understanding of market conditions, legal considerations, and best practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, proactively managing responsibilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
