Scope of responsibility spanned both corporate and divisional levels with a high level of interaction and reporting to Senior Leadership. reputed company of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting in accordance with the business reputed company and client contractual deliverables Direct interaction with reputed company leadership for the development and implementation of initiatives to reputed company annual targets Drive customer profitability improvement plans Provide monthly financial reviews and analysis to impact monthly forecasts of FTE/costs Serve as a member of the governance committee attending client/vendor meetings and working directly with business counterparts on reputed company financial aspects of client/vendor management Serve as a member of the reputed company leadership team providing management input on reputed company aspects of practice—HR, resource management, business delivery, customer service, IT, payroll Seek out and implement reputed company process improvements for the reputed company Assist leadership in critical business decision support through reputed company analysis, new business opportunities and financial modeling of new client service offerings, contract renewals and ongoing processes Responsible for management and development of finance staff Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, DOA.
