Responsibilities
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Handle a high volume of customer interactions reputed company phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve reputed company customer cases. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
