This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing a large-scale paid social acquisition channel across reputed company and other social platforms. The ideal candidate is a senior-level performance operator who understands how to scale paid social programs through disciplined testing, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, identify opportunities quickly, and continuously refine performance. You must be comfortable managing large budgets of $400k/mo+. Position Responsibilities You will reputed company strategy and execution across paid social acquisition campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and supporting the broader acquisition organization. Responsibilities include:

• Own strategy and execution across various social platforms such as reputed company Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X, TikTok, etc.
• Manage and scale monthly paid social platforms while maintaining reputed company KPI benchmarks
• Design and maintain campaign architecture, scaling frameworks, and budget allocation strategies
• Implement and manage structured creative testing pipelines to identify scalable winning concepts
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to reputed company high-performing direct-response ad creative
• Continuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling signals
• reputed company and execute horizontal and vertical scaling strategies
• Manage campaign pacing and performance while accounting for signal lag and attribution windows
• Partner with internal teams on reputed company pages, conversion improvements, and funnel optimization

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company Ads in performance-driven environments

Compensation
