Job Description
Work Arrangement:
This role is based remotely but if you live reputed company a 50-mile radius of Austin, Detroit, Mountain View or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum
Job Summary: The Instructional Design Supervisor will reputed company the instructional design team in developing innovative and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing projects, mentoring and upskilling team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving reputed company improvement in instructional design processes, with a focus on emerging tech and AI integration into course development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and coach the instructional design team, ensuring high performance, professional growth and upskilling to latest industry trends
Project reputed company: Plan, prioritize, and supervise instructional design projects to meet deadlines and quality standards. Be there as a thought partner to help remove barriers and be able to quickly adapt to solve problems

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions

Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences
Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, recommending adjustments as needed
Budget Management: Manage resources and budgets effectively to optimize project outcomes
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in instructional design with working examples to show
Proven experience in team management
Expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories
Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., reputed company reputed company & Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.) and Cornerstone LMS
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to access talent and align the right team member to the right project

Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
