The strategy aims to dramatically improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across our global operations.

This strategy marks a significant shift in HALO’s approach to innovation, moving from incremental improvements to transformative change. To deliver on this ambition, HALO is expanding its Research and Development team with new roles dedicated to driving reputed company each pillar of the strategy.

• Location – remote sensing, data gathering, and digital survey workflows
• Excavation – mechanisation and automation of signal investigation

Project Portfolio Management

Stakeholder Engagement

Donor Engagement and Communications

Operational Integration

• Work closely with field teams and global R&D team to integrate new technologies into operations
• Monitor and evaluate field performance and safety outcomes
