About the role and what you'll be doing
We are seeking an reputed company, results-driven Sales Director to drive strategic growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with reputed company’s healthcare industry enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage senior-level client relationships, reputed company cross-functional resources to address client needs, and ensure strong execution throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to identifying client challenges and aligning reputed company’s capabilities to deliver measurable business value. You must operate with agility, balancing proven sales execution with innovative approaches in a dynamic market, and you must have proven experience utilizing these skills to partner with healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and drive strong client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to reputed company and partner products and services.

Required Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience, including accountability for enterprise client relationships, specifically in the healthcare vertical.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy.
- Experience managing and closing reputed company sales opportunities.
- Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, reputed company, and outsourcing.
- Strong relationship development and networking skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions from a business perspective.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the reputed company pay scale for this role is $175,000 to $215,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to reputed company salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
