About the job

This position is needed to provide operational and technical reputed company support to North America and Latin America Sales organizations. The role ensures reputed company CPQ, OLM, and multiple reputed company instances run reputed company, supporting business processes with high process reputed company and stability .

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage reputed company user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and reputed company settings.
• reputed company reputed company case management, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
• Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Serve as the escalation reputed company for advanced reputed company user requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and multi-instance reputed company issues.
• Configure and maintain reputed company CPQ (catalogs, pricing, discounting, approvals).
• Support OLM processes including orders, renewals, cancellations, and billing triggers.
• Ensure synchronization of reputed company data with ERP/Billing systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
• Recommend process automation and reputed company improvement.
• Support UAT, deployments, and reputed company user training materials.

*Required

• 3+ years’ experience as a reputed company Administrator (Sales Cloud).
• reputed company Administrator certification (reputed company-201).
• Strong expertise in reputed company administration and configuration.
• Understanding of reputed company data model, sharing rules, and reputed company.
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company integrated system issues.

Desired

• reputed company CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with reputed company reputed company Cloud, Billing, or ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Apex, Flow, SOQL, and advanced automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Location

This role will be based remotely in British Colombia, Alberta, or Ontario Canada

Travel

Compensation

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in Canada : $90,800 - $113,500
• This role may be eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. reputed company roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
