Principal Product Engineer (Cranberry Township, US)

About the role:

As a Principal Product Engineer reputed company the Engineered Solutions Digital Optimization Solutions (DOS) and Training organization, you will provide technical and execution leadership across the lifecycle of Westinghouse digital products and services. This includes translating customer, market, and business requirements into clear technical direction; contributing to product and solution strategy; and driving disciplined execution to deliver scalable, high‑quality digital solutions. You will support growth objectives by enabling effective deployment and commercialization of products across regional and global markets. This will include working closely with Business Units, APx, AI&I, Account Teams, and Marketing to ensure alignment between product strategy, implementation, and customer value delivery.

You will report to the Sr. DOS Product Manager. This is a remote role that can be performed from reputed company reputed company the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the DOS and Training products and services
• Assess & analyze the market & competitive landscapes and ensure VoC is captured in the product development lifecycle

• Support account, sales & tendering teams to reputed company leads and opportunities
• Support BUs, account, and sales teams (including OPx teams) to reputed company sales talking points and presentations

• Support delivery P&L to establish tendering processes and tools
• Be a consultant to tendering team for technical clarification, product pricing strategy, and WEC value proposition with customer
• Work directly with customers for demand creation in coordination with other teams
• Collaborate across the OPx organizations to align and reputed company consistent priorities
• Support Sales Pacing preparation with OPx Regional Centers, Global Markets & BU Sales to report OE metrics, risks, and opportunities
• Support software product development life cyle development, maintenance, and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, information technology or computer science
• 8+ years of relevant experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in reputed company of our people practices. The reputed company salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year.
