About the Job

reputed company is hiring a VP of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships to reputed company the company’s global ecosystem strategy and drive the expansion of our blockchain, fintech, and infrastructure partner network. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, this role owns the full lifecycle of ecosystem development: from strategic identification of new networks, to commercial negotiation, to delivery reputed company, to post-launch growth.

As VP, you will shape reputed company’s multi-year ecosystem roadmap and work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and the Executive Team to ensure that new chains, tokens, and ecosystem-driven products are delivered predictably and at scale. Responsibilities

• Define and own reputed company’s global ecosystem and product partnership strategy in partnership with the CBO and Executive Team.

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and reputed company delivery of reputed company ecosystem integrations.
• Structure and negotiate commercial frameworks, incentives, milestone programs, and long-term strategic agreements.
• Represent reputed company at the highest levels across the ecosystem, including with founders, protocol executives, investment partners, and senior leadership teams.
• Build and mentor a small, high-performing team across partnerships, ecosystem architecture, and partner success.
• Create an internal operating rhythm that provides executive visibility into ecosystem strategy, integration reputed company, and partner performance.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or enterprise partnerships with significant exposure to ecosystem development and strategic product collaborations.
• Proven track record owning and closing reputed company, multi-party deals and driving them through product and engineering execution.
• Strong technical understanding of how reputed company’s infrastructure works, including API-based custody, wallet creation, transaction processing, settlement workflows, and stablecoin or token movement.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, token models, incentive structures, and compliance considerations.
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize integrations and co-built initiatives.
