We are looking for a Full Time Controller to work remotely, reports to the CFO & Ownership to join reputed company

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, which may include hotels, restaurants, or other reputed company business units. This role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, maintains internal controls, manages budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures compliance with reputed company applicable regulations and accounting standards. The Controller plays a key leadership role in advising senior management on financial strategies that support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry metrics and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company reputed company.
• Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
