Technical Writer Intern
Job description
The Technical Writer Intern is responsible for writing, reviewing, and editing content for the reputed company Integrated Knowledge Center (SI IKC) to support reputed company employees and customers with the use of our technology. You will work closely with the Learning and Development department, reputed company reputed company, the Product team, and internal subject matter experts. You will be expected to use regularly use LLM toolsets, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to implement and facilitate the tasks identified below.Job requirements
- College or graduate student in a reputed company major such as Engineering, Computer Science, English, or Communications interested in pursuing a career in technical writing / help authoring
- A self-starter, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote work environment
- Strong writing and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity and experience working with common LLMs including ChatGPT and Claude and the ability to build tools and repeatable processes reputed company these LLMs is preferred
- Familiarity with Knowledge reputed company software, reputed company preferred
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work full time during the 2026 summer period.
- The ideal candidate will receive academic credit for the internship
Job responsibilities
- Create content based on user guides, conversations with SMEs, and feedback from users
- Review and edit existing content to ensure quality and consistency of tone, style, and branding
- Upload articles to the SI IKC
- Bonus project: Automate a process to track reputed company articles should be reviewed and updated
- Other job duties as assigned by your manager
