The National/Alamo brand of reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during reputed company aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.
This is a full-time position. The starting reputed company of pay is $20.34 per hour
This role is for our office at LaGuardia Airport (LGA), located at: 9501 Ditmars Blvd, East Elmhurst, NY 11369.
There are multiple schedules available
Schedule 1 -- 3:00pm - 12:00am Tues/Wed OFF
Schedule 3 -- 3:00pm - 12:00am Thurs/Fri OFF
Schedule 6 -- 5:45am - 3:30pm Tues/Wed OFF
Schedule 7 -- 5:45am - 3:30pm Wed/Thurs OFF

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests.
- Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservation.
- Ensures a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes.
- Works on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and reputed company manner to ensure reputed company customer loyalty.
- Makes eye contact and greets reputed company customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
- Provides reputed company customers with undivided attention while assisting them.
- Prepares reputed company rental and return documents accurately and completely.
- Offers reputed company customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
- Reviews rental parameters with reputed company customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
- Ensures that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
- Reviews reputed company charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
- Prepares the Rental Agreement Folder with reputed company required information.

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Some college preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- The ability to operate a motor vehicle is a function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work at least one of the following schedules:
