Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping services, and ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure that reputed company transactions are processed reputed company and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping services

• Utilize consultative skills to understand customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions
• Process customer transactions, including taking orders, handling payments, and providing accurate pricing information
• Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Stock materials, manage the production queue, and output, and complete assigned tasks based on reputed company
• Provide training to new team members and assist in the development of the retail store team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Ensure confidentiality of customer data and handle documents, media, and packages with care
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a reputed company field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to reputed company work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a team environment and provide training to new team members
