Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve reputed company Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve reputed company consumer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist Policy Holders with Billing Questions and Concerns: Provide timely and effective support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns.
- Provide Support for Policy Changes: Assist policy holders with any policy changes requested and provide recommendations as necessary.
- Support Policy Holder Needs: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve policy holder needs and provide recommendations as necessary.
Qualifications
We're looking for reputed company and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
- Over 18 Years of Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Ability to Type 25 WPM: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have basic computer skills.
- Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: You'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 6 Months Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to use logical problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company consumer issues.
- Availability to Work Various Shifts: You'll need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems and have basic computer skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet reputed company Requirements: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download reputed company of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload reputed company of 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
