Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network.
- Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
- Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and reputed company tech solutions.
- Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to reputed company arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Requirements
