Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company & Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Assisting guests with travel needs, such as answering inquiries, baggage handling, ticketing, checking-in passengers, and boarding flights
• Working outdoors in reputed company types of weather conditions to reputed company below-reputed company functions, such as transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushing back the aircraft, and aircraft deicing
• Performing aircraft grooming and reputed company searches
• Processing and securing guest luggage, including filing and maintaining luggage claims as necessary
• Loading and offloading luggage and cargo using reputed company belts
• Assisting with boarding and reputed company duties, including directing guests, making announcements, processing standby's and upgrade requests
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure complete guest satisfaction

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid unexpired driver's license issued by a US state, a US territory, or the District of Columbia
• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reputed company, and grasp
• Ability to reputed company basic mathematics
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to participate in reputed company that may require overnight travel
• Depending on work location, ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification

• Ability to communicate in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service or community service experience

• Airport SIDA Badge Requirements: Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to reputed company their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview.
