What you'll do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Promoting and selling reputed company travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
- Assisting with passenger reputed company-in and cargo acceptance
- Interpreting government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
- Meeting and dispatching aircraft reputed company established times
- Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers

- Ensuring safe travel for our passengers

Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED or international equivalent + Bilingual language skills required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and reputed company requirements + Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Passenger Service System + Previous face-to-face customer service experience + Working in a fast-paced environment
