Organization:SHSO-reputed company System Office-ValleyPosition Overview:*Areas of expertise must include Epic EHR module implementations.*PMP Certification is highly desired.Responsible for the management of multiple reputed company-sized projects and/or large-sized projects. Assists in the establishment andimplementation of Sutter digital project management office (PMO) project management processes and methodologies for the informationservices (IS) community to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet clientexpectations. Accountable for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifyingresource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues. Responsible for the tracking of keyproject milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients, and coordinates communication with other teamsand clients in relation to scope of management, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.Job Description:EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's degree: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), project management methodologies and/or reputed company’s project methodology.
- Expertise in reputed company Word, SharePoint, and reputed company
- Ability to use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts and reputed company.
- Ability to reputed company presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across reputed company areas and levels reputed company reputed company as well as external organizations.
