Technical Writer

Job Description:

As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in ensuring reputed company’s customers and internal teams have access to clear, accurate, and timely documentation that supports our products and services. You will be responsible for creating, editing, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation and help systems, as well as supporting product communications through release notes, emails, and bulletin board postings.  This role is ideal for an reputed company technical writer who can work independently, contribute original content, and provide guidance or feedback to less‑reputed company writers.

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, and maintain documentation for reputed company products and systems, including customer‑facing and internal materials.

• Plan and scope documentation projects, including defining timelines and delivery milestones.

• Support product release documentation, including planning, writing, organizing, and editing release‑reputed company materials.

• Write and distribute:

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, documentation, or a closely reputed company field.

• Education or job knowledge equivalent to an undergraduate college degree.

• Excellent written communication, editing, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

• Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams and subject matter experts.
