What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and company requirements.

• Select and manage carriers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery; proactively communicate delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate transportation and logistics records in systems such as TMS (Transportation Management System) or ERP software.

• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Analyze transportation costs and performance data to identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA, etc.).

• Manage freight claims, discrepancies, and reputed company performance issues.

• Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing routing and reducing transportation emissions.

• Prepare regular transportation and logistics reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Experience with TMS or logistics software preferred.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international freight operations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Analytical reputed company with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards for transportation.

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
