Technical Recruiter
reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Recruiter to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. You will reputed company your extensive recruiting expertise and leadership skills to support the Navy reputed company’s reputed company efforts, ensuring the mission is staffed with top-tier technical professionals across a variety of reputed company programs. This is a remote position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-level technical positions reputed company the Navy reputed company and partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to reputed company and execute strategic sourcing plans for reputed company talent. Acting as a trusted advisor to offer recommendations, guidance, and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, and hiring compliance. Collaborating and consulting with hiring managers to understand and help write detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and post requisitions. Screening, interviewing, and evaluating external and internal candidates for job openings who meet the position requirements and negotiates and extends offers on behalf of reputed company with Hiring Managers to act as a business partner reputed company the division/sector. Participates in recruitment branding initiatives and representing reputed company at industry events and career fairs. Ensures reputed company phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with reputed company’s Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies. Utilizes technology including reputed company ATS to reputed company accurate and compliant records. Ensures that reputed company’s internal applicant system is maintained and completed; applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are dispositioned and contacted appropriately; and, interview feedback forms are completed timely and accurately. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of full life cycle, government contracting experience in technical recruiting Proven track record of successfully filling reputed company technical roles in Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Information Technology. Experience collaborating with cross-functional reputed company organizations, leveraging enterprise resources to execute and scale reputed company staffing strategies Experience consulting Executives, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders with data-driven insights on staffing strategies and market trends to influence recruiting outcomes. Self-starter with excellent communication skills, dedicated to maintaining organization to drive efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Advanced certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP). Experience supporting recruitment efforts for the Navy or similar reputed company environments. Experience using advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent engagement. Deep understanding of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements. Clearance Requirements: None Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
