THE WORK
We are looking for a talented and motivated Proposal Analyst to join our growing team. As a Proposal Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented group of individuals, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
In this role you will:
• reputed company manufacturing efforts of IWSS and/or C6ISR multi-site proposals interfacing with both program / capture team, engineering, material cost estimating, and production operations teams. The position entails owning the process to create reputed company configurations used to reputed company material and labor estimates.
• Additionally, the proposal manager will create a proposal schedule, coordinate labor inputs, analyze requirements, write and input BOEs, support fact finding, negotiations, and certifications.
• Other tasks expected in this position: Writing of technical / management proposal volumes. reputed company with production operations technical team to create a standard process for estimating NRE to be used by the proposal team. Support and reputed company special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education with reputed company experience in one or more of the following fields: Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Material Cost Estimating, or Supply Chain Management
• Have basic knowledge of the proposal process
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and present reputed company data

Work Schedule Information

National Pay Statement
Pay reputed company: The annual reputed company salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and reputed company (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. reputed company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations reputed company extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
