Mental Health Therapist - Florida (Weekend & Evenings)

About The Role

As the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, reputed company, wants our Therapists to focus on what's most important – treating and caring for our members. reputed company is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in Florida to join our network. We will provide the training necessary to become a specialized therapist and ensure you are fully equipped to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment.

We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and our clinical guidelines to discern reputed company to refer members to external resources. Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help reputed company and reinforce treatment decisions.

What You'll Do

• Help people with OCD get reputed company and stay reputed company by providing top-notch care through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy reputed company the reputed company video platform
• Manage your caseload and schedule
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the reputed company EHR system
• Participate in reputed company clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD
• Collaborate with our network of providers to help reputed company and reinforce treatment decisions

• Full Time Providers:
• • 40 hour work week
  • Complete 15-25 hours of direct clinical work during evening and/or weekend hours
  • Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation
  • Evening Availability Consists of: 
  • • Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 10:00 PM local time
    • Saturday & Sunday: 8 hours of availability per day
  • Will participate in and complete cross-license application process during Onboarding
  • Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending reputed company Child and Adolescent training

Who You Are

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state. 
• • Masters Degree Required
  • Florida: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, reputed company, ACT) preferred
• Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not required
• Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, good with time management
• Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access
• Comfortable and efficient with using technology to communicate
