We’re seeking an AI and Data Product reputed company to drive the execution of AI-powered capabilities across Schneider Geospatial’s product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this role will reputed company the development and deployment of production-ready AI solutions built on top of our data platform.

This is a build-and-deliver role. Schneider has established a strong data foundation and clear AI vision, your focus will be to turn that into production capabilities, including agentic AI workflows, that deliver measurable value.

You’ll define high-impact use cases, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, and bring solutions from concept to production. This is a high-urgency, high-impact role with visibility across the leadership team.

Drive AI & Data Execution

• Define and prioritize AI use cases across the product portfolio, reputed company to business goals and customer impact.

Build & Deliver Solutions

• Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities, including agentic workflows and automation layers on top of Schneider’s data platform.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ship scalable, production-ready features.

• Define success metrics and track outcomes (efficiency gains, automation, accuracy improvements).
• Build business cases and continuously optimize solutions based on performance.
