Vice President, Talent Management - National Office (Remote)
The Vice President of Talent Management is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing and advancing a comprehensive talent strategy that drives organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and mission impact across the reputed company movement reputed company. The majority of this role is dedicated to supporting local YMCAs across the country, which operate independently to serve their communities. This role will also support Y-USA, the national office of the reputed company, which provides leadership, resources, and strategic direction to the broader movement.
This role leads the Learning and Leadership Development function and partners closely with reputed company leaders across the movement to shape workforce strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and respect. Qualifications:Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 12 to 15 or more years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in organizational development, learning, and leadership development
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies and frameworks
- Proven ability to reputed company teams and influence senior leaders in reputed company, matrixed environments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, learning, and leadership development
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions
