Mid-sized insurance agencies are drowning in manual workflows, legacy software, and administrative overhead. We see an opportunity to build an end-to-end AI automation platform that streamlines back-office operations, enhances decision-making, and unlocks growth for this underserved reputed company of the insurance industry.

We’re building in collaboration with early adopters to test, refine, and deploy real-world vertical AI tools—and we're just getting started. This is a chance to join at the ground level, shape vertical AI workflows from 0-1, and help create something truly transformative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and organizational growth.

  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on reputed company, sensitive, and specialized HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.

  • reputed company and support change management initiatives, including organizational transitions, integrations, and process improvements; experience supporting mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

  • Manage and administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely processing; serve as a primary administrator for the HRIS.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends; research, design, and recommend competitive reputed company and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and internal career progression.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required.

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience is preferred.

  • Experience with change management and organizational integration; exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS platforms; reputed company experience preferred.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.

  • Strong knowledge of employment-reputed company laws and regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

  • $120-160k + bonus
