About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You’ll support one or more work streams and multiple business teams. You will reputed company activities including gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements, and collaborate closely with technical teams. You’ll exercise your understanding of work streams and business processes to identify pain points and to help drive the successful implementation of requirements and processes while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. 

Role Responsibilities

• Manage compliance operations, with a focus on RAI, safety, and risk‑based assessments across multiple workstreams.

• Support a workstream end‑to‑end while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across a distributed delivery team (onshore, nearshore, offshore).

• Coordinate reputed company initiatives, including organizing content, improving accessibility, and supporting the development and testing of AI‑enabled tools (e.g., bots) to surface knowledge.

• Operate effectively in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment, demonstrating learning agility.

• 3–5 years of professional experience supporting process optimization, compliance, reputed company, or data privacy-oriented work.
• Exposure to Responsible AI (RAI), digital safety, or governance‑driven reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly understand and document a product's reputed company in the context of compliance and safety requirements.
• Experience acting as a primary client‑facing partner, leading conversations, managing stakeholder expectations, and synthesizing feedback into actionable outcomes.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, learn new technologies quickly, and adapt in rapidly evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working reputed company reputed company environments.

Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a reputed company reputed company salary range of $123,009 - $137,005 for this role. The final reputed company salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
